Club World Cup star Cuiabano could soon be plying his trade in the Premier League, with Brighton and Nottingham Forest battling it out for his signature, according to The Mirror.

Brighton have had three bids rejected for the Botafogo left-back, with the latest one said to be worth £7.7million including add-ons.

Cuiabano, 22, has made two substitute appearances at the Club World Cup, with Botafogo winning their first two matches against Seattle and Paris Saint-Germain.
