Fancy some extra things to watch on your Fire TV Stick? There's a very simple way to give your streaming device a blockbuster boost, and it's totally legal. Amazon has just announced the launch of a new deal that's dishing out a swathe of Sky services for a much cheaper price than you'd usually pay.

In fact, by simply launching Sky's NOW app on the Fire TV Stick and signing up, you'll pay just £6.99 per month for full access to channels such as Sky Comedy, Sky Atlantic, Sky Max, Sky Documentaries and Sky Crime.

This NOW Entertainment Membership usually costs £9.99 - so you'll save £3 per month off that price. The deal lasts for 6 months and you can cancel at any time.

Sound enticing? There are a couple of catches as you must be a new member of NOW, and you must act before June 20th, as that's when the offer ends.

"You pay £6.99 a month for 6 months of Entertainment Membership instead of the usual selling price of £9.99 a month," Amazon confirmed.

As we mentioned earlier, this is a legal way to pay and watch Sky.

It's no secret that millions of people are accessing this telly platform and other premium services via so-called 'dodgy' streams.

Fire TV Sticks are often sold with pre-loaded apps that allow full access to channels without signing up for official contracts.

That might sound hugely tempting, but the practice is highly illegal.

It also comes with plenty of dangers, including putting homes at risk of downloading malware and showing inappropriate content without parental blocks.

The deal from Amazon does mean you'll still have to pay a monthly fee to tune into Sky, but it's a lot cheaper than usual and comes without any risks.

"If you’re supplying or using illicit streaming devices or illegal IPTV subscriptions, take this as a clear warning: you are breaking the law and risk facing serious consequences."
