A popular snack brand has issued a recall of some of its products, warning customers not to eat them. Pieminister, the award-winning pie company, has issued a warning about several of its varieties due to incorrect use-by dates. 

An alert issued by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) said: "Pieminister Kitchens is recalling various Pieminister pies as they have been labelled with an incorrect use-by date. The products have been labelled with use-by 24 June 2026 instead of use-by 24 June 2025. The products are therefore not safe to eat beyond their intended use-by of 24 June this year."

The pies are completely safe to eat until June 24, 2025. However, if you've bought a pie with a use-by date of June 24 2026, don't eat it after this date this year. 

And if you'd prefer not to eat it at all, you can return it to wherever you bought it from and get a full refund. 

Notices will be put up in shops and supermarkets selling the product, which will explain to customers why they're being recalled, with all the revelant information on what to do if you've bought them.
