Superdrug shoppers can get any designer perfume for just £7.99 using l

A little-known hack has left many shoppers happy about a perfume atomiser “perfect” for holidays. One excited fan shared their delight on social media, exclaiming that you can “fill it up for free” in Superdrug, however, others commented to say not all expensive perfumes were available in all stores.

Superdrug’s Perfume Pod Ice Purple Atomiser is said to have an “incredible high definition spray” function. The item has been declared “great for travelling” by many that have purchased the perfume pod. On Facebook, squashedpickle shared enthusiasm about the atomiser with over 70,000 followers.

The social media poster wrote: “Did you know this? You can buy a perfume atomiser at Superdrug and fill it up for free! Sorry, I love this so I had to share!”

A video reel was also shared by squashedpickle on Facebook showing a demonstration of how to use Superdrug’s Perfume Pod Ice Purple Atomiser.

The Superdrug website also explained the product: “Perfume Pod Ice is an easy to use, refillable travel atomiser that has an incredible high definition spray head that produces a fine, luxurious fragrance mist.

The transparent body of the Perfume Pod Ice allows you to see the fragrance level, so you always know exactly how much you have left. The 5ml reservoir gives you approximately 65 sprays.”

The glam looking pods currently retail at £7.99, but there are often deals on the product so it can be cheaper still. They come in various colours including a pretty deep purple.

Commenting on the Facebook post by squashedpickle, Anne Sammy wrote: “Great deal. I bought one for a week’s holiday which was filled up in the store, lasted the full week. You can then refill from your own perfume bottle.”

One reviewer on the Superdrug website described the item as an “excellent little spray for travel”. Another wrote: “Easy to fill. Secure top. Can see how full. Great for travelling.”

Another shopper reviewed the item: “Useful little item but when I purchased it in store, they weren't able to fill it up for free like others have said and suggested I go to The Perfume Shop to pay for it to be filled up!

"Luckily, it's dead easy to use and I filled it once I got home. Can't wait to be able to take this on holiday rather than a big bottle!”

One shopper wrote a review on the Superdrug website saying the pod was “brilliant for work”.

The buyer added: “It was incredibly easy to fill up from my bottle of Obsession, takes up very little space in my handbag, looks fabulous and more to the point I can smell fabulous at work all day! Worth every penny of not accidentally breaking my large bottle in my bag.”
