The American team of Christian Coleman, Kyree King, Erriyon Knighton, and Robert Gregory settled for silver with a time of 38.16.

A second Canadian 4x100m team, made up of Malachi Murray, Duan Asemota, Norris Spike, and Eliezer Adjibi grabbed the bronze, finishing in 39.13.
