Camden Road stabbing: Two boys rushed to hospital near Holloway | UK | News




Two teenage boys have been rushed to hospital after a stabbing on Camden Road in London. The incident occurred near Walters Road and a college in Holloway at around 1.30pm today.

Two 17-year-olds were found with stab wounds by police officers and London Ambulance Service crews. They were rushed to hospital after being treated at the scene, but their current condition remains unknown. No arrests have been made as of 4pm on Wednesday.

Camden Road has been cordoned off by police and people are being urged to avoid the area to minimise congestion.

Caledonian Road is also closed, affecting the 17, 91, 259, 393, and N91 buses, as per the AA.

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson told the Islington Gazette: “An investigation has been launched after two teenage boys were stabbed outside an address in Camden Road, Islington at 13:33hrs on Wednesday, April 2.

"The boys - both aged 17 – were treated at the scene and taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service.

"They remain there for treatment and we await an update on injuries and condition.

"No arrests have been made at this stage. Camden Road is closed – please avoid the area to minimise congestion.”
