Wheeler Dealers' Mike Brewer drops major hint on next series release![]() Wheeler Dealers presenter Mike Brewer has dropped a major hint on when the new series of the iconic classic car restoration series will air. Mike made the revelation of a summer release date on social media site X when asked by a fan when to expect the latest series of episodes. Mike also revealed he was set to start production on the new series in the coming weeks. A summer release would mean the new run of episodes comes around a year and half after the last series ended. Series 18 came to a conclusion back in December 2023 where Mike and co-host Marc Priestley got to work restoring a classic Peugeot 405. Mike made the admission after social media user @clearancewhole asked: “When’s the next TV series Mike.” Mike quickly responded: “We start making it in the next few weeks, so I would guess sometime later in the summer.” Fellow Wheeler Dealers fans were quick to congratulate Mike on the news with many unable to hide their excitement at the thought of a new series. @steveburnley commented: “Great to hear Mike, hope you're keeping well fella.” @AndrewMcGuinn11 reacted: “Looking forward to seeing that Mike.” Mike had recently let slip details around the new series while filming for his One Automotive channel on YouTube When discussing his upcoming schedule. Mike admitted: "I've got a lot of filming this week to do as well so I've got a lot to do.” Mike had first revealed information of a new UK Wheeler Dealers series over the winter in a feature length interview with The Road to Success podcast. He explained: “We will, of course, do a UK show because this is our territory; it’s cheaper and easiest for us to film here." Alongside a UK series, Mike has also confirmed a second series of their World Tour programme will also return in 2025. Last year, Mike and co-host Marc Priestly travelled around the world buying and restoring vehicles. Mike has previously stressed the new World Tour series will be dropping into Latin American countries such as Mexico and Brazil. Meanwhile, there are also plans to visit the Czech Republic, Sweden and Germany as part of the new series. Mike previously said: “We will, of course, do a UK show because this is our territory; it’s cheaper and easiest for us to film here. "Put it this way, we’re coming down to Latin America, we’re going all across Europe, and we’re touching the edge of Europe as well. I can’t wait, that's going to be good.” Source link Posted: 2025-04-01 04:37:28 |
