Sex Pistols and Guns N’ Roses in huge announcement as rock fans flock to support | Music | Entertainment

Guns N’ Roses, Sex Pistols and Slipknot fans are in for a treat in 2025, as some of the biggest rock icons in the world are gearing up for appearances at Rock for People fest.

Held in the Czech Republic’s Hradec Králové, the festival takes place over five days jam-packed with the best rock, indie and alternative acts. With five days to fill, that means there’s room for five headliners – who have so far been announced as Avenged Sevenfold, Slipknot, Sex Pistols, Linkin Park and Guns N’ Roses.

Slipknot, now comprised of its three remaining original members Steve Jones, Paul Cook and Glen Matlock, along with featured artist Frank Carter, are joined by artists including Skillet and In Flames. Fans of the genre can also expect performances from Biffy Clyro, Kneecap – fresh off their 2024 biopic – Motionless in White and Sigrid.

LA Ink star Kat Von D will also be performing a set, as well as Fontaines D.C., Shinedown and Circa Waves.

Four-day tickets for the event have already sold out – not surprising considering it’s the festival’s 30th anniversary this year – but other types are still available. Capacity this year has been increased to 50,000 in a huge first for the event.

Fans have already been going wild on social media in advance of the festival’s return, with some counting down the days until June 11th when the first day will kick off in earnest. Its last day takes place on June 15, and remaining tickets are priced between €277 and €321 for all five days.

Single day tickets are also available for €108 while solo tickets for Guns N’ Roses can be purchased for €87. Children up to age nine go free.
