F1 LIVE: Red Bull to start 'investigation' as Lewis Hamilton suffers painful revenge | F1 | Sport

Sky Sports F1 analyst Bernie Collins believes that there is a lot of ‘investigation’ going on at Red Bull after a challenging pre-season test in Bahrain.

The Milton Keynes squad showed promise with their long-run speed, but Max Verstappen found difficult extracting performance in shorter, performance runs.

“I sense they are not totally comfortable with the car,” Collins told Sky Sports. “There were changes to the bodywork and I get the impression there is a lot of investigation.

“Verstappen showed a strong lap at the end, but it wasn’t as quick as Russell or the pace on Thursday, he didn’t get a proper race simulation in, so some work to do but I’m sure they will sort it out.”
