M25 traffic: Chaos as overturned trailer spark 9-mile congestion on major motorway | UK | News Three out of four lanes are closed on the M25 in Surrey between J10 (Cobham) and J9 (Leatherhead) due to an overturned trailer that was carrying a boat. National Highways warned drivers are facing "severe delays", with reports mentioning 120 minutes above normal journey times and congestion of approximately nine miles, almost back to J12 (the M3 Junction). A "specialist recovery" team is currently working at the scene, one lane remains open. It's not known if anyone has been hurt, or when lanes two, three and four will reopen. THIS IS A LIVE BLOG.
