Menaggio is found in the heart of Lake Como, which over the years has attracted A-listers from around the world, and sits at the beginning of a valley which connects the famous lake to Lake Lugano.

Among some of the town's best spots, Piazza Garibaldi is found in the heart of Menaggio and is where locals meet and congregate with a host of quaint cafes and restaurants on offer.

Croce is another noteworthy spot. It is the highest hamlet in the region and home to the Menaggio Cadenabbia Golf Club, which was founded in 1907.
