Zara and Mike Tindall have been tipped for a permanent move to Australia, a country which Zara has previously spoken about with much enthusiasm.

The royal, 43, and former rugby professional, 46, are known to travel Down Under each year for the annual Magic Millions events - an Australian thoroughbred racehorse auction house.

Due to their frequent trips to Australia, speculation has come up as to whether the pair would be interested in making the move with their three children - Mia, 11, Lena, six, and Lucas, three.

According to Casinos, the pair have a 8/13 chance of moving to Australia. This is compared to a betting result of 13/8 that they will remain in the UK.

James Leyfield, who is the showbiz oddsmaker at Casinos.com, said: "During their latest Australian trip, Zara admitted the couple ‘couldn't ask for a better way to start the year.'"

"The pair’s connection to Australia is deeply rooted. They first met in Sydney in 2003 - introduced by Zara’s cousin, Prince Harry - while Mike was playing rugby for England during the World Cup and Zara was on a gap year.

"Despite a low point for Mike, having just been dropped ahead of the semi-final, the pair hit it off, with their relationship blossoming over a ‘boozy lunch.’

"Mike went on to regain his place in the starting line-up for England's iconic World Cup final victory against Australia."

Zara and Mike, who currently live on Princess Anne' Gloucestershire estate, previously said that they consider the Gold Coast to be "home from home".

Taking to his Instagram, Mike has previously shared a host of posts from their most-recent trip, including a clip of him doing karaoke at an event for Magic Millions.

Speaking to HELLO!, Zara spoke of her husband's love of karaoke. She said: "Mike was a judge and even had a sing himself - he does love a karaoke opportunity."

On the post that included the video, Mike wrote: "What a start to @magicmillions!! #karaoke #Twighlight racing, @pacificair polo. Big week ahead starting with the iconic race down the beach Tuesday morning. Can't wait!!!"
