Surprise BT broadband rival gives you a big reason to switch to something new

Those are good offers, but there's another firm that says it will beat BT on price, and the name might surprise you. Vodafone might be famed for its 4G and 5G mobile networks, but the company has also been offering broadband access for several years.

To make this service sound more enticing, Vodafone is currently boasting that customers can save over £260 by switching from BT to its internet platform.

"Our best broadband deals. Save over £260 vs BT in our Big Winter Sale," Vodafone boasts on its website.

So, are these deals really any good?

Express.co.uk has been comparing Vodafone and BT, and here are all the best deals from these UK suppliers.

It's worth noting that all of the deals above are based on a 24-month contract and prices will rise each spring but a set amount.

If your contract has ended, it's definitely worth shopping around and getting a better deal. According to money expert Martin Lewis, millions of UK homes are currently paying too much for below-average speeds.

By switching, you might not only find things cheaper but also a lot faster.
