Heavy rain is likely to lead to disruption across Wales and parts of northern England, with a chance of flooding. Brits have been warned to expect possible power cuts and some communities possibly being cut off because of flooding. Floodwater poses a danger to life too. The warning applies to Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire and Lancashire.
