Oasis fans can get tickets early by answering question - as prices 'confirmed' | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV

Oasis fans are bracing for a busy morning as tickets for the highly anticipated Live '25 Tour featuring Noel and Liam Gallagher are expected to vanish within seconds. The sale is set to commence at 9am on Saturday, but eager fans have the chance to join a pre-sale event on Friday.

The band dropped a bombshell on Tuesday to confirm that there's an additional way to get hold of the tickets.

They told their fans there would be a ballot for pre-sale access would only be open for a mere 24 hours, closing sharply at 7pm on Wednesday. Hopeful attendees must tackle a multiple-choice quiz question about Oasis and disclose if they've witnessed the legendary 90s group perform live in the past - which they state has no indication on whether you get tickets or not.

Those lucky enough to be chosen in the exclusive ballot will then have the opportunity to secure tickets for one of the iconic venues: Cardiff's Principality Stadium, Manchester's Heaton Park, London's Wembley Stadium, Edinburgh's Murrayfield, or Dublin's Croke Park.

An announcement on the official Oasis Instagram account read: "Register for The UK and Ireland 2025 Tour pre-sale ballot. A ticket pre-sale will be held on Friday 30th August, ahead of Saturday's general sale."

"To ensure the maximum number of fans have a fair opportunity to access tickets, applicants will be selected for the pre-sale via a ballot. Ballot registration is open now and will close at 7pm BST, this Wednesday 28th August. Register via the link in bio."

"Successful applicants will receive an email with full access information the morning of Friday 30th August. Success in the ballot will not guarantee tickets. Tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis."

The organisers stated: "Due to an extremely high volume of entries, confirmation emails may be delayed. "Please be assured that everyone who has correctly filled out the ballot form before 7pm Wednesday 28th August will receive the confirmation email. "".

And ahead of the ballot, an indication on prices has been confirmed by Irish music promoters MCD.

The Dublin shows are set to be priced from €86.50 (£72.96) plus booking fee meaning Oasis are set to rake in almost €15m in ticket sales for their two Croke Park Dublin dates.

Although the ticket prices across the rest of the UK have not been released, it's expected they'll be similar to the Dublin gig.

Oasis are back on tour next year, hitting the stage in July and August 2025.
