Princess Kate's modest home outshone by Pippa's £15m mansion | UK | NewsAlthough Kate Middelton, Princess of Wales will one day be the Queen, it doesn't mean she has the fanciest pad in her family. Kate's little sister, Pippa, has snapped up a 'more impressive' £15 million mansion, putting the older Middleton sister's modest four-bed home to shame. After staying out of the limelight for months following her cancer treatment, Kate was spotted at the Wimbeldon final recently alongside sibling Pippa, in her first official appearance since Trooping of the Colour. Joined by daughted Princess Charlotte, the three were seen smiling during the match, and Catherine was given a standing ovation as she entered the court. During Kate's treatment, she is believed to be relying on her 'rock' sister, as well as her parents Michael and Carole. The whole family are said to be very close, including brother James, who is 37. They all live a stones throw away from one and another in Berkshire, offering the Princess of Wales support when she needs it. However, Pippa's swanky home is very different from her older sisters. Pippa is married to hedge fund manager James Matthews, who is the older brother of Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews. After getting married in 2017, the couple share three children, five-year-old Arthur, three-year-old Grace, and two-year-old Rose. They purchased a £15million Georgian mansion in 2021, which spreads across a whopping 150 acres, and has 32 rooms. Princess Kate and Prince William, however, have moved into Adelaide Cottage in Windsor, after vacating their Kensington Palace property. The home has just four bedrooms, enough for the family. Due to the size of the property, there is no space for aides to reside there, and they are believed to live off-site and commute into work. Before the couple moved in, it has been reported that the cottage had some renovation work done, and it is believed that the pair wanted a 'low-key home but with room for the children to play together outside', reports the MIrror. Although, by royal standards, the house is certainly quaint, the children have plenty of room to play in the 655 acres on the estate. Kate's parents are living in Bucklebury Manor, a £5million property that is just a 20 minute drive away. Kate's brother, James, also resides in the same county, in a £1.25 million farm.
