It's unsurprising that the Greek island of Spetses is often the destination of choice for the uber wealthy and famous, when they're looking for a place to kick back.

A spectacular harbour, high-end properties and scenery that takes your breath away are all crammed into the Greek paradise.

Most recently, reality TV stars Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Kendall Jenner were all spotted on Spetses.

Meanwhile, Amazon founder and second-richest man in the world Jeff Bezos has spent some time on the island in recent months too.

No wonder the businessman, worth £143bn, decided to holiday there, when the island in the Attica Peninsula offers so much.

From luxury villas, astonishing hotels, all-but guaranteed sunshine and mouth-watering local cuisine, Spetses really does have it all.

Typical of a Greek island, the seafood is known to be exceptional in Spetses and hungry holidaymakers from around the world are drawn there to sample the incredible food.

Spetses has plenty of beautiful beaches, such as the Paralia Zogeria.

One visitor to the beach said: "Beautiful beach. Secluded, silent, very little noise, very charming. Sandy bottom with some rocky areas. Extremely clear and clean water. Watch out for sea urchins though."

Another added: "Zogeria beach is a must when in Spetses. Crystal clear, blue zaphire waters offer an idyllic environment. The restaurant on site adds to the value of the place with traditional, tasty dishes. The beach is reached either by boat or by 4-wheel motor biked for the adventutrous ones!"
