Amazon will soon offer big reason to ditch your Fire TV Stick and Kindle

Owners of gadgets such as Fire TV Sticks, Echo speakers and Kindle e-Readers might want to consider switching to something new this month. Amazon recently confirmed the launch of yet another Prime Day sale and it's almost certain that its own-brand devices will be slashed in price. Previous Prime Day events have seen things dropped to record lows and we fully expect 2024 to offer similar savings.

Deals could include massive drops to the ultimate Fire TV Stick 4K Max along with lower prices on the Kindle Scribe (which features a stylus for writing on the screen) and popular Echo speakers such as the Dot and Spot.

Things will kick off on July 14 and last for a full 48 hours.

SOME PREVIOUS AMAZON DEALS

Kindle Scribe
RRP: £329.99
PREVIOUS PRIME DAY PRICE: £239.99

Amazon Echo
RRP: £54.99
PREVIOUS PRIME DAY PRICE: £21.99

Fire TV 4K
RRP: £59.99
PREVIOUS PRIME DAY PRICE: £34.99

The only thing you'll need to get the deals is a Prime account which usually costs £8.99 per month. Luckily, there is a neat trick to try that offers this plan for free.

As long as you haven't been a Prime member for a while you can sign up now and get a full 30 days for free. Once Prime Day is done you can then simply cancel the plan which means you don't have to pay a penny to access the offers.

Along with Amazon's own devices, the online retailer has also confirmed that other products from manufacturers such as Bose, Fitbit, Oral-B and Sony will also be slashed in price. It's also highly likely that smartphones,TVs, headphones and speakers will all be discounted.

“The countdown to the 10th Prime Day in the UK starts now, and we have a huge selection of deals to come,” said John Boumphrey, UK Country Manager of Amazon. “We work really hard to deliver great products at the best prices for customers during Prime Day and throughout the year, from the biggest brands to the 100,000 small British businesses that sell on Amazon. With even faster deliveries and so many shopping, saving and entertainment benefits available, there has never been a better time to be a Prime member. Roll on Prime Day!"

Don't forget, if you do sign up for Prime you'll also get access to faster delivery, free photo storage along with Prime Video and Music streaming.

Remember, if your Amazon device is on it's last legs or has just broken, don't upgrade it now as there will be some serious bargains to be bagged very soon.
