Sky might rule the roost when it comes to the best TV packages and telly-viewing devices but BT appears to be fighting back. The UK telecoms giant has announced the launch of a limited-time deal that's offering a swathe of premium sports channels to its broadband users for just £2 per month.

It's a huge saving plus the deal also includes the recently released EE TV box which comes packed with features such as being able to record up to 600 hours of content, pause live TV, view on-demand shows along with getting full integration with streaming apps like Netflix and Apple TV+.

You can also view things in stunning 4K quality and there's support for impressive Dolly Atmos Audio. Those signing up for the plan will get access to all four TNT Sports channels along with Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2. That means they can watch action from the Premier League, NBA, Rugby Premiership, Champions League and MotoGP.

So what's the catch? This £2 per month deal lasts for the first three months of the plan before rising back to the standard price of £20 per month.

There is also a 24-month contract, you need to have BT or EE broadband and the offer is only available until June 27 so there's not long to sign up and take advantage.

Along with that £2 deal, BT has also dropped the price of its Big Sport bundle by £120. This option also comes with an EE TV box but features extra channels such as Sky Sports.

That means you'll get to watch every televised Premier League match on TNT and Sky.

This new £40 per month price - was £45 per month - is based on a 24-month contract but the upfront fee has also been scrapped.
