Police are responding to a shooting in Cheltenham after occupants of a vehicle shot at house and parked cars this evening.

The incident occurred on Hudson Street shortly after 7.20pm. Thankfully, no one was injured,

In a statement, Gloucestershire Police said: "Officers are currently responding to an incident in the St Paul's area of Cheltenham.

"We were called to Hudson Street shortly after 7.20pm with a report that the occupants of a vehicle had shot at addresses and parked vehicles.

"No injuries have been reported and no arrests have been made at this time.

"There is a large police presence in the area while enquiries take place to establish the identity of those responsible.

"Officers are keen to hear from anyone who lives in the area and may have CCTV or doorbell footage or witnessed suspicious activity.

"Anyone with information on what took place can provide this by completing the following online form and quoting incident 429 of 19 June."
