So, here we go! Manchester City and Chelsea go into their respective games level on points. That means City have to beat Aston Villa by two goals at the very least to stand a chance at the title. Meanwhile, Chelsea have to beat Manchester United at Old Trafford. If Emma Hayes’ side can maintain that two-goal advantage, they will lift the trophy this afternoon.
