We've reached the final weekend of the Premier League season, but clubs have already turned their attention to the summer transfer window. And managers are already lining up deals for when the chaos starts on June 1, with a number of top-flight players also knowing they'll need to mvoe elsewhere when their contracts expire.

Manchester United have already confirmed the exits of Anthony Martial and Rafael Varane, with the future of a number of other players, as well as manager Erik ten Hag, the subject of speculation.

Jurgen Klopp will wave goodbye to the Anfield faithful on Sunday following his side's game with Wolves. It remains to be seen how many Liverpool players depart with him, with incoming manager Arne Slot set to oversee a club rebuild.

Chelsea will qualify for the Europa League if they beat Bournemouth tomorrow. That could prove a huge boost to Mauricio Pochettino with the club in need of a financial rewards given their precarious standing with Financial Fair Play.
